The Restaurant at Mayan Beach Garden is open to the public. Hours: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Credit cards accepted

All units include either continental  breakfast or a full hot breakfast with choices from a menu.  When purchasing a non-discounted unit, hot Breakfasts are included with the price of a unit. 
All discounted units will be served a continental breakfast delivered to the unit.  
Included in all breakfasts: Coffee, tea, seasonal fruit juice, home-made bread, pineapple-chili marmalade

Omelet de Alex

Omelet with tomatoes, plblano and cheese (or any combination).  Includes beans and chips. 

Eggs sunny side up, over-easy or boiled

Two eggs prepared as you like served with black beans and tortilla chips

Huevos Mexicana

Eggs scrambled with chaya, onion, tomatoes and a touch of chili habinero. Served with black beans and tortilla chips.

Huevos Ranchero with Cheese

Eggs scrambled or sunny side up served with green tomatillo or red ranchero sauce, cheese tortilla chips and black beans

Marcia's Huevos con Chaya

Eggs scrambled with Chaya, onion, tomatoes and a touch of chili.  Served with Black beans and tortilla chips

Egg Burritos

Three burritos made with flour tortillas, cheese, and choice of chaya, bacon or chorizo.

Chilaquilas

Tortillas tossed in red or green salsa verde sauce and topped with fresh cheese and cream.  Can be ordered w/ chicken or egg

Vanilla-Banana Pancakes

Two large pancakes made with vanilla and fresh bananas. Served with butter and syrup

French Toast

Three slices of french toast flavored with cinnamon and vanilla. served with butter, syrup or sugar 

Oatmeal

Oatmeal made with vanilla, cinnamon, raisins and milk - Vegan milks available.

Yogurt and Granola

Natural yogurt served with granola

Tropical Fruit Smoothy

Made with Yogurt or soy and tropical fruits
