Palenque Serviced apartment has a Beautiful queen-sized sled bed and futon that makes into a full sized bed.  The kitchen has ample counter space and extra storage in the pantry.   

The unit is located on the 2nd level above the restaurant.  It is still quiet because of solid concrete walls and floors and our guests usually call it a night well before 10 PM.

Palenque is the largest Unit at Mayan Beach Garden

The bathroom in Palenque has talevera tile and sink, large shower with seat and a safe for your valuables. 

The unit comes with starter supplies including shampoo and conditioner, liquid handsoap pump, dishwashing soap, shower soap

Linens and towels will be swapped out weekly during  extended stays.  

Palenque is a favorite for many guests because of it's privacy and tree-house like view  with screened porch.  The porch includes a hammock and two deck chairs.  From the chairs you can easily see the water through the palms and the space between the building.  We are always trimming the palms so that you can see the Caribbean. 

Palenque has a beutiful screened entry porch.  it comes with two chairs and most of our extended stay guests end up moving their dining table outside to enjoy exterior dining.  The extra space makes Palenque a very large unit.
