Both Beachfront King studios have almost identical interiors. Windows on every wall allow the Caribbean breezes to cool the unit. Wake up to the sounds of the waves breaking against the shore and one of the most spectacular sunrises in the world and step out onto your patio which is only about 40 meters from the sea! 

Both #1 and #2 beachfront studios have specially built King size beds that can be converted to two singles. All beds, including singles include extra-comfortable pillow top mattress pads to make your nights as comfortable as your days. 

Beachfront Studio #1 Serviced Apartment is the only unit at Mayan Beach Garden that stands alone. It is beach level with windows open to all directions. The privacy, two hammocks that catch the afternoon rays of the sun and the view make it our most requested unit for extended stays.

 Mayan Beach garden is not the type of complex where you take the elevator to the beach. Step outside the door and walk just a few steps to the beach.

Beachfront King Cabana is the only stand-a-lone unit at Mayan Beach Garden.  The interior  is identical to Beachfront King  only reversed.
