The Beachfront #3 is unique in Mayan Beach Garden in that we have made efforts to make it handicapped accessible. The Unit has a king-size bed a full ktchen, sitting ara with futon, and a very large screened in deck outside with two hammocks and seating for 4.

• Unlimited purified in-room water dispensers safe for drinking
• Daily maid service for short term stays and weekly for discounted stays
• Towels
• Solar powered lights, and ceiling fans
• Hot Water
• Private bathroom with large showers and hand-painted sinks
• American style sanitary facilities
• Hammock and deck chairs
• Huge covered screened deck that doubles the living space
• Breakfast included in daily stay rates and continental for discounted rates.
• Night time A/C - included during the months of April - October. Usually not needed because of the breezes
• Security bars on windows and screen door so you can leave the windows open and not worry about your safety.
