Sandy tide pools in front of Casona Palms provide gentle swimming and access to snorkeling.

The villa has its own wide (55 meters, 185 feet) beach with many mature coconut-bearing palm trees offering the true romantic Caribbean get-away. The narrow sandy beach is always calm (protected by the coral reef off-shore). Tide pools offer gentle and safe swimming. At low tide, one can walk several miles along the near-deserted coastline in both directions.

Rates for Casona Palms

• Rates do not include IVA (16% sales tax plus 3% hospitality tax)
• There is a minimum of 5 days rental or additional cleaning charge of $75 for stays less than 5 days. In no case will the house be available for less than 2 days. Holiday season has a minimum of 7 days.
• Casona Palms requires a $300 security deposit . The security deposit will be mailed to you within 15 days of your departure.
• Additional persons over 6-- $15 charge per person per day .
• Pet Policy: Pets require a $100 refundable deposit.
• For 2 week rental: 5% discount on the weekly rate. For 3 week rental : 10% discount on the weekly rate
• Rates for detached cabana are only when in addition to the rate for the main house. The detached cabana is not rented out as a stand-a-lone.

This beautiful master bedroom includes spacious comfort with great views. The built in concrete headboard offers a private dressing area where one will find spacious hardwood closets and Master Bath. The master bedroom has a covered deck and built in couch that can double as extra sleeping space when needed.

Bedroom 2 has two elevated Matrimonial-size beds for a better view of the sea and a sofa couch that can double for extra sleeping space when needed. It also has a private bathroom and ample closet space. Bedroom two is located on the second floor.

Casona palms has a detached cabana room that can be rented either separately or as an addition to the main house when there are a lot of people. The room has a King-size bed, private bathroom and deck.

This bedroom is ground floor and can only be rented out as an add-on to the main house and is priced at a rate of 1/3 that of the main house (rates listed above).

The villa has white concrete walls, palapa awnings and wooden louvered windows that allow sea breezes to flow constantly through. Furthermore, the palapa rooftop keeps the cabana cool in every type of weather.

After cooking a freshly caught fish (check with the care taker to help you with that!) on the out door barbecue, stretch out on a hammock under the ramada. This 50 meters of beach front paradise couldn't be more private and quiet.

One walks out of the villa straight onto the beach. There is some excellent snorkeling 300 yards off shore in very calm waters inside the coral reef that can be reached either by swimming or kayaking.

All bathrooms in Casona Palms share the same design with stone sinks, polished concrete shower walls and tile floors. The bathrooms are spacious.
