Securing
a reservation at Mayan Beach Garden Hotel B&B:
We require a
minimum 50% deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining 50%
is due on or before the time of your arrival.
Special
Holiday Season instructions:
If booking during the High Holiday season (Dec. 20 - Jan. 5th) 100%
prepayment is required 90 days before arrival.

while we have a phone in our office, the best way to contact us is via internet
e-mail. If you want
to speak to a live person, we can arrange a time to talk - this is the best way as certain times the connection is not the best. E-mail

There
are three methods to secure your reservation at Mayan Beach Garden
Hotel B&B:

Check in US dollars mailed to a US address: (contact
us for the address and to put a temporary hold on the
cabana). or
if you have difficulty, reach us at Mayan

NOTE: we cannot accept checks on the beach as Mexican banks will
not accept them. Any amount remaining must be paid in USD cash
or Pesos in the equivalent amount at the time of your arrival.

PayPal.  PayPal is the same system
used by eBay. It works as follows: Either pay directly using Info@mayanbeachgarden.com or contact
us and we will send you a bill via PayPal e-mail. You follow
the instructions to pay. We can accept
both US and international funds via this method. Your credit card information is secure using this method.
NOTE: We have intermitent internet outages so we cannot guarantee that we will have Internet access on
the beach, which is the only way that we can accept credit card
payments. For that reason, we would prefer that you arrive ready
to pay with Pesos or USD cash or prepay your entire room and meal package
using PayPal or credit card before you come. Thanks.

Bank
Wire/Transfer  or Western Union Wire. If this is the method you choose to use,
we can provide bank wiring instructions.
If
paying by check, once you have let us know that you want to put a
hold on the room, we will hold the reservation for 7 days awaiting
the arrival of the check. If paying by PayPal, we will hold the reservation
for 48 hours.
You may cancel
your reservation and receive a refund less a $100 non refundable
booking fee.
TRAVEL INSURANCE- FOR YOUR PROTECTION!
We urge you to take out adequate insurance coverage to protect
your vacation investment against cancellation due to illness, flight
cancellations, etc. In the event of becoming ill during your vacation,
or having to cut your vacation short, all hospital and medical expenses
are your responsibility and you shall not be entitled to any refund
either total or partial. Mayan Beach Garden and its employees are
not responsible for, or liable for any claims, losses, damages,
costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind
whatsoever resulting from events beyond Mayan Beach Garden or a
supplier's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts
of God, flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labor disputes,
lockouts, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared
war, hurricanes or other weather conditions.
WEATHER
There are no refunds due to bad weather or hurricanes; including
any inconvenience or complication caused by a hurricane's direct
hit, near miss, or significant threat of a hurricane strike. Hurricanes
are by nature unpredictable and an act of God. Clients are encouraged
to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.
