The house is Suntone accent concrete block with a palapa shaded terrace front and back. Interior features include lighted ceiling fans above. Materama tile floors throughout and hand carved mahogany furniture.

Located just 2 kilometers from Mayan Palms (formerly Maya Ha) - a full service dive shop, Villa Costa Maya is the perfect house for divers. The tiled exterior walkway from entry to terrace features an outdoor shower.

Don't forget your snorkel equipment - snorkeling is great right in front of the house! Because everyone's size is different, Villa Costa Maya can't provide snorkel gear.

Go south on #307
Turn left at Cafetal junction towards Mahahual (just past Limones)
Turn right at sign to Xcalak, just after the military checkpoint.
Turn left at km 18 where you see signs to the horse ranch and Mayapalms. It will be the first paved left you will come to
When road ends turn right onto beach road
Villa Costa Maya is only about 100 yards on your left.
