If you are looking for a comfortable and spacious house perfect for a group, you can't beat this house for the price.The full sized kitchen is breezy with ample cross through ventilation from the beach.

Fruit and Vegetable Vendor arrives 2 times a week.

The 2nd story view from the Master Bedroom is divine. The balcony and sliding doors extend the length of the house to include the large room at the top of the stairs on the 2nd story (best breezes here).

During the time of Sargassum Seaweed, this beach is usually free of it. This is because it is situated on a calm beach that juts out into the sea so that is is beyond where the seaweed gathers.

Exterior beach side patios above and ground level. This is a hard house to photograph because of the mature palm trees (yes with lots of coconuts)

Casa Ki'in Ha's Kitchen is part of a great room with a large island in the middle with seating for four. NOTE: Dishwasher shown in picture is for storing dishes. The kitchen includes a large pantry and purified water via reverse osmosis comes out of the kitchen tap.

Breezy open room that is great for Yoga and morning exercise.

Once you pass through the garden entrance you will be welcomed by a homey handmade door from local hardwood. This is the smoker's patio. The house is Smoke-free, but smoking is allowed here and on all patios.
